Product warranty: XOLO brand of LAVA international Ltd. provides limited warranty for its products like devices and original accessories delivered with the devices.
Warranty Period (from the date of purchase)
For Handsets/ Tablets
For Accessories provided along with the handset
(within Box) (Charger, Hands free, Battery, Data Cable and OTG cable)
Subject to the conditions of this Limited Warranty, XOLO warrants a product to be free from defects in design, material and workmanship at the time of its original purchase and for a subsequent period of one (1) year for transceiver and six (6) months for battery & charger and accessories , (0) days for cosmetic parts.
No coverage or benefits are applicable under warranty in the event that any of the following conditions are applicable:
The product has been subjected to abnormal use or conditions, improper storage, exposure to excessive moisture or dampness, exposure to excessive temperature, unauthorized modification, unauthorized repair (including but not limited to use of unauthorized spare parts in repairs),abuse, accidents, Acts of God, spills of food or liquids, improper installation of ROM files.
Customer has not notified the Company through any of its authorized service channels for the defect in the product during the applicable warranty period.
The product serial no. code or the accessories date code has been removed, defaced or altered.
The product has been used with or connected to an incompatible accessory (i) Not supplied by XOLO or its affiliates, (ii) Not fit for use with the product, or (iii) Used otherwise than in manner intended.
The seals of the product’s battery enclosure have been broken or shown evidence of tampering or the product’s battery has been used in equipment other than that for which it has been specified usable by XOLO.
All plastic surfaces and all other externally exposed part that is scratched or damaged due to normal use.
Terms and Conditions:
Warranty of the Handset / Accessory is subject to technical & physical verification at Service center. XOLO shall have the sole discretion in rejecting the same, if the Handset /Accessory is not found to be covered under warranty.
The product shall be counted as Out of Warranty if The Product (Handset / Accessory) has been subject to abnormal use or conditions, improper storage, exposure to excessive moisture or dampness, exposure to excessive temperatures, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized repair, abuse, accident, Acts of God, spills of food or liquids, improper installation and breakage or damage to antennae, LCD, key panel and housing cracked etc. for such cases customer will have to pay Service charges and cost of spares(those will be required to be replaced for necessary repairs) to get the service of handset / accessory.
The responsibility for the personal data loaded onto the device is of the Customer alone. Customer is requested to take the backup of stored data on-his-own, before device submission at the Service Centre. Any loss of data during service shall not be responsibility of company.
The charges of labor as well as spares used for non-warranty repair shall be as per the applicable Price lists approved and recommended by XOLO.
XOLO shall make all efforts to ensure that the product is repaired within 15 (Fifteen) days of the receipt of faulty product. At times however, due to non-availability/shortage of critical spare parts or complicated fault, the repair turnaround time may take longer than the indicated time in the job sheet. XOLO will not be responsible for any loss(es) whatsoever in the event of delay in repair for such aforementioned reasons.
In the event the delivery is not taken by customer from XOLO within 60 days from the date of written intimation by XOLO, XOLO reserves the right to auction the product to recover the repair and auction charges from the customer.

In Case repair is not possible for the product covered under warranty then XOLO reserves the right to replace it with any other product of similar specifications.
The warranty period for the Trans receiver is one (1) year and for accessories such as: Battery, Charger, and Headset is six (6) months from the date of purchase. and (0) days for cosmetic parts.
Terms of warranty are subjected to change from time to time as communicated by company for all XOLO products, accessories, cosmetic parts or any other component(s) of the aforesaid XOLO products.
