  • With constant connectivity to the Internet, we tend to get notifications on our smartphones all the time, be it updates on the latest news, emails, high scores from games, add-ons for apps etc. We recommend you to set priority for essential stuffs like new text messages, or messages from Whatsapp.
  • Energy is consumed whenever your smartphone searches for signals, Wi-Fi, 3G or Bluetooth etc. When the reception is poor, the phone will continue scanning to attain a good connection. Repeated searches for these signals can easily make your battery level drop a notch, you should turn off your Wi-Fi or Bluetooth when you don’t need to be connected.
  • Kill your apps if you are not using them. There are some valuable apps out there that manage the multitasking ability of your smartphone to ensure it performs at its best to conserve battery life without jeopardizing usage.
Unfortunately, Gallery has stopped

1. Tap on “Setting”
2. Go to Applications > Application manager
3. Swipe left until you find the All tab.
4. Scroll down to the app that's causing problems and tap on it.
5. Here you will find the Clear data and Clear cache options.

Clear cache is the option you should start with. It will get rid of saved data that allows apps to load a little quicker when you launch them. Clearing it means the app will open a little slower, but your main problem might well be solved.
Clear data will erase all the app's data, including files, settings and accounts, so don't use this unless you have to.
Clearing an app's cache can often solve the 'app has stopped' problem

Uninstall and reinstall the app

If the app isn't built-in, you can try uninstalling it and then reinstalling it from the Google Play Store. Simply open the Play Store app, open the menu bar on the left hand side and tap on my apps. Find the app in question and hit Uninstall, which takes a few seconds. Afterwards, you can install it again.

Turn it off and on again

You can also try doing a soft reset, which simply means restarting your device. A soft reset will power cycle your phone, turning it off and then back on again.
It’s a good idea to turn your phone off every few days for a few minutes – this will help a sluggish phone with a variety of issues, whether they're related to the app, network, audio or email.

Reset: Do a factory reset

When the above solutions have failed, you can reset to factory resetting your phone.

When doing a factory reset, ensure that you have backed up all of your data beforehand.

A factory reset will wipe your device and set it back to factory defaults, taking everything, including any bugs, with it. You can restore your apps and data afterwards easily, as long as you've made a backup.
